All items must be settled for within 72 hours of auction end. Cash or good check, no credit cards. No exceptions. Wisconsin sales tax of 5.5% applies on vehicles or trailers.
All items sold "as is, where is". NO WARRANTIES, expressed or implied, as to merchantability or fitness for any purpose of any goods offered. Please inspect before you bid and buy.
Items will be available for public inspection prior to the auction. Bob's Auction Service Inc. will attempt to describe the merchandise but makes no representations. Each lot is sold with all faults and defects therein. All sales are final. Bob's Auction Service, Inc. will neither be held responsible for accidents, errors or omissions. No credit or adjustment will be allowed in any form or amount.
Buyer shall take full responsibility of said equipment or items from the time the auction company accepts the final bid from the buyer. This is a real-time and online sale. Hi-Bid accepts bids but the auctioneer determines the winning bidder.
Arrangements for pick up must be made within 14 days of sale. No shipping available; items are for pick up only.
